Again, an area in which I have a passion about. It incorporates both project management and operational expertise. Having run an SME production department client side which including building high tech equipment from R&D through to full production, testing and delivery and also agencies 40+ creative department, its always a test of interpersonal and people management skills to get products or projects through as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
